Integral Ad Science (IAS) is a global ad tech leader, and we're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Sydney-based team. We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Sydney team for a 14 month maternity leave contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Champion the Client Journey: You will oversee the entire client lifecycle, from a seamless onboarding to value realization and renewal. You'll be the lead point of contact and the ultimate owner for your clients, spearheading the adoption of IAS services and ensuring their health and success.
  • Become a Trusted Advisor: Build and nurture powerful relationships with key client stakeholders. You'll act as a true partner, providing timely problem resolution, managing escalations, and ensuring our solutions are perfectly aligned with their needs and objectives.
  • Drive Strategic Growth: Partner with the Sales team to identify and drive upsell opportunities within your accounts. Through regular business reviews and data analysis, you will highlight the value IAS delivers and strategically grow long-term client revenue.
  • Collaborate to Win: Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Technical Account Management, and Solutions Engineers to onboard new accounts and deliver a unified, exceptional client experience. You'll be a key team player, sharing industry developments and account-specific knowledge to lift the entire team.
  • Master the Tech: Develop a rock-solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and all IAS products. You will clearly and intelligently communicate product enhancements to your clients, ensuring they are always up to date.

What we are looking for:

  • Industry Expertise: Ideally, you have 2-4 years of experience in Ad Tech, at an Agency, DSP, or publisher. A strong understanding of the programmatic advertising industry is required.
  • Analytical Mindset: You possess strong analytical skills and can confidently analyze data, identify business issues, and develop actionable recommendations for your clients.
  • Exceptional Communicator: You have a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, present, and advise clients. Your organizational skills are exceptional, with a talent for preparing clear and concise documents.
  • Dynamic & Adaptable: You are a quick learner who can easily grasp new processes and systems. You bring enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Tech Fluency: You are fluent with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, as well as Google Slides and Sheets. Experience with platforms like Salesforce, CM360, DSPs, or GAM is a plus.
