The Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of commercial insurance experience
• Insurance brokerage experience
• Sales and account management
• Active Property & Casualty License
• Active Life & Health License
• Knowledge of applying policies, procedures, and regulations
• MS Office, carrier websites, and other software systems as needed for the position

The Position:

• Ensure clients feel valued and offer a trusted customer service
• Extremely knowledgeable about all product lines and cross-selling
• Respond to inquiries about insurance coverage, costs, and account details to meet service goals
• Work well with internal departments and external partners to process applications
• Address and resolve service challenges across all business lines, ensuring a strategic action plan is implemented
