What we need from you:
- Experience - 3+ years of Commercial Lines Account Manager experience
- Licensed - Active Property & Casualty license
- Software - Proficient with Applied EPIC, MS Office, Outlook, carrier websites, and other software systems as needed for the position
- Book of Business - Experience with small- to medium-sized accounts
What you will be doing:
- Collaborates seamlessly with producers and administrative support teams.
- Provides expert assistance to clients on new and renewal business and policy modifications.
- Conducts thorough policy reviews and transaction processing. Manages client and company records with meticulous attention to detail.
- Executes follow-ups and updates on cancellation requests to ensure client satisfaction.
