About the Role

We're looking for a Key Account Manager with solid experience in logistics, tech, or e-commerce to lead and grow relationships with our most strategic merchant partners, including Tier 1 clients. This is a senior role where you'll act as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for high-value accounts, driving measurable impact on their business while unlocking new opportunities for Instabee.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams across Operations, Product, and Merchant Success to design tailored solutions that fit client priorities and create long-term value. Success in this role means building deep stakeholder relationships, guiding complex decision-making processes, and ensuring our partnerships deliver both operational excellence and commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of a portfolio of Tier 1 and high-potential accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction, retention, and growth
  • Act as a strategic advisor by uncovering client needs and challenges, translating them into solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Strengthen relationships at multiple levels within client organizations, engaging key decision makers and influencers to deepen trust and accelerate growth
  • Proactively identify and execute on opportunities to expand partnerships, whether through new solutions, additional markets, or operational improvements
  • Ensure clear alignment between client priorities and Instabee's value proposition, positioning our differentiators effectively in every interaction
  • Collaborate with Merchant Success, Operations, Product, and Integrations teams to deliver seamless daily operations and exceptional service
  • Anticipate and resolve issues before they escalate, ensuring smooth execution and consistent merchant satisfaction
  • Provide leadership with reliable account forecasts, data-driven insights, and regular updates on performance and opportunities
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and shifting customer expectations to bring fresh, strategic perspectives to your accounts

About You

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or related industries
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to solving challenges
  • Strong communicator with a positive, energetic attitude that helps build trust and long-term relationships
  • Comfortable using CRM software and other digital tools
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Self-motivated team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English (written & spoken)

The gross monthly base salary for this role is around €5,000, depending on experience. Additionally, you'll receive a yearly holiday allowance of 8%. Performance-based bonuses apply and can be further discussed during the interview process.
