Instabee was established in 2022 after the merger of Instabox and Budbee – two leading players in package delivery. The company brings together three strong brands: Budbee, Instabox, and Porterbuddy. We deliver to millions of consumers across Europe and aim to become Europe's leading provider of package deliveries.

As a part of Customer Service & Traffic Control at Instabee, you will be both the company's voice to the outside world and the heart of daily operations. You will combine customer follow-up with operational coordination, contributing to the smooth delivery process from start to finish. We are growing rapidly and therefore expanding our team in 2025 – and are looking for you who want a part-time position in a dynamic and future-oriented company.

Responsibilities:

• Communication with customers and drivers via SMS, email, and phone
• Handling inquiries of varying scope and complexity
• Coordination and real-time follow-up of deliveries
• Ensuring excellent service and strengthening the company's reputation
• Contributing to a positive experience for users of both Instabox and Porterbuddy
• Focusing on making all deliveries a good experience for the end user

We are open Monday–Saturday from 10:00–22:30, and Sunday from 12:00–22:30.

You will mainly work evenings and shifts, and it is expected that you are available every other weekend.

We are looking for a service-oriented and solution-oriented person who thrives in a varied and hectic work environment. You like to find good solutions, work structured, and collaborate well with others.

We would like to see that you have:

• Experience in customer service or similar role
• Good system understanding and confident use of various IT tools
• Fluent written and spoken Norwegian and English
