Instabee was established in 2022 after the merger of Instabox and Budbee – two leading players in package delivery. The company brings together three strong brands: Budbee, Instabox, and Porterbuddy. As a part of Customer Service & Traffic Control at Instabee, you will be both the company's voice to the outside world and the heart of daily operations. You will combine customer follow-up with operational coordination, contributing to the smooth delivery process from start to finish. We are growing rapidly and therefore expanding our team in 2025 – and are looking for you who want a part-time position in a dynamic and future-oriented company.
Responsibilities:
We are open Monday–Saturday from 10:00–22:30, and Sunday from 12:00–22:30.
You will mainly work evenings and shifts, and it is expected that you are available every other weekend.
