Customer Service And Traffic Control Role

As a member of the Customer Service and Traffic Control team, you are the point of contact for all our customers, drivers, and internal staff. You are the heart of the operation, ensuring that everything runs smoothly, from package delivery to solving unexpected challenges. You have the unique opportunity to make our customers happy and support our delivery drivers with a personal approach. This is a dynamic role where no day is the same and where you can truly make a difference.

A selection of your responsibilities:

• Answering customer questions and requests via phone and chat.
• Proactively seeking solutions for problems that arise during the delivery process.
• Coaching and guiding our delivery drivers using our internal software.
• Serving as the eyes and ears of the organization, providing feedback and improvement points to the department.
• Quickly switching between different systems and contacts to ensure the best possible delivery experience.

Your future team:

Our Customer Service and Traffic Control department consists of three teams: Customer Service (CS), Traffic Control (TC), and Merchant Support (MS). We work together as one big team and support each other where needed. The atmosphere is collegial and open. We tackle every challenge and always strive to provide the best service.

What we are looking for in you:

• Fluent in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong in communication and able to empathize.
• Driven and solution-oriented.
• Not afraid of a phone call and comfortable with chatting.
• Experience in customer service is a plus, but your eagerness to learn is much more important!
