The Senior Manager, Client Success has the mandate on managing client relationships, growing a portfolio of accounts, and closing new business. The position works closely with advisors, plan administrators, and internal teams to understand client needs, deliver group benefits solutions, and support ongoing account management while meeting sales and retention goals.
