One of Insight Global's educational service clients is looking for a remote L2 help desk analyst to join their team! This person will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 level support for 1,000+ external and internal staff using their FreshDesk ticketing system. Some day-to-day responsibilities include password resets, printer troubleshooting, MS Office issues, system upgrades, etc. While this person will be working fully remote, they are fully expected to be a self-starter with a suitable working space and internet connection to handle all incoming requests throughout the day.
