Dts Pmo & Data & Analytics Project Coordinator

The Dts Pmo & Data & Analytics Project Coordinator will support the DnA and Pmo teams in collecting, analyzing, and reporting on project and operational project data. This role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills, a passion for data-driven insights, and an interest in healthcare operations. The intern will gain hands-on experience with enterprise data tools and processes, contributing to real-world projects that impact organizational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and summarize data from multiple sources (including Jira and Athena).
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards (manual and/or in Excel; Power Bi experience a plus).
• Follow up with data owners to resolve missing or incomplete data.
• Update source systems with edits as needed, ensuring data integrity.
• Support the export and analysis of Jira data to generate actionable insights.
• Assist with ad hoc data requests
• Participate in meetings, document processes, and contribute to team discussions.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to organizational data governance standards.
