Third Tier Support For Meditech Magic

3rd tier support for Meditech Magic after the service desk & divisional support analysts. Support through tickets, Webex, and e-mails. Issues include doctors not able to chart, interface issues, functionality, locks, etc. There is an on-call schedule that rotates every 6 weeks. The schedule is Monday – Thursday 6pm-12am.
