Day-to-day vetting, managing, and coaching of IT Field resource, including rate negotiation, progress updates, end of day reporting.
Assists in the development and documentation of project plans, defining project goals, objectives, tasks, and timelines.
Work closely with the Service Delivery Manager and stakeholders to establish project deliverables and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Serve as a central point of contact for project team members, stakeholders, and vendors. Including effective communication by scheduling and tracking field service technicians at customer sites.
Identify and allocate necessary resources for the project, including personnel, equipment, and budget. They collaborate with resource managers to ensure availability and proper utilization of resources throughout the project lifecycle.
Actively identifies and tracks project risks and issues, working with the SDM and Resource Manager to develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans. They ensure that risks and issues are promptly communicated to the appropriate stakeholders and help monitor their resolution.
Ensure that project deliverables meet the defined quality standards. They assist in conducting quality reviews, coordinating user acceptance testing, and facilitating feedback collection and incorporation into the project.
Provides administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings, managing project documentation repositories, and coordinating travel and logistics, if necessary.
