This is a customer-facing role and is a great opportunity for a candidate who is looking to apply what they have learned in previous positions and to learn new technologies. The individual will assist our customers in the implementation and configuration of our Intelligent Compliance suite of products. The candidate will require expert level technical experience and skills, as well as outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. The candidate will need to build technical relationships and be responsible for customer success. Additional tasks include troubleshooting and resolving issues, tuning and optimization, documenting customer environments/configurations, working with internal teams, and our customers. Knowledge of cloud-based technologies is preferred. The ideal candidate should enjoy working with people, solving problems, and be a self-starter.
