Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to join one of the largest non-profit healthcare companies for the phases of an ERP system rollout. As our organization embarks on this major implementation, this role will provide critical leadership in requirements documentation, project support, user engagement, and data management. The ideal candidate has experience managing cloud-based healthcare ERP projects, understands healthcare workflows, and is eager to oversee a system being implemented from the ground up.

Key responsibilities include:

• Project managing the ERP system implementation, including requirements gathering, process flow documentation, configuration management, testing coordination, and overall project oversight.
• Assisting with data migration, validation, and system integration efforts.
• Working closely within a dynamic implementation team environment, and working with stakeholders across departments (IT, Supply Chain, and with vendors) to understand workflows and document system requirements.
• Assisting in the creation of training materials and providing support for user training sessions.
