Seasoned Key Account Manager Position For Malaysia Market

Managing Customers:

  1. Generate sales with new and existing customers via physical/virtual meeting through phone call, email, and other platforms, if any.
  2. Meet and exceed monthly sales quota and collection targets.
  3. Develop a trusted advisor relationship and key customers.
  4. Identify and grow opportunities within the territory, and collaborate with the entire sales team.
  5. Effectively communicate company's products, services, and promotions to customers.
  6. Ensure timely and successful delivery of Company product solutions, services, or handling of issues according to customers' needs and objectives.
  7. Ensure smooth onboarding process and adequate information and education is given to new key accounts.
  8. Actively involve to keep abreast of client expectations and deliverables, answering questions and up-sell opportunities.
  9. Improve and scale beyond recurring revenue of each account.
  10. Prepare quotations/proposals/presentations for clients.
  11. Assists clients to conduct images search in Company's Image Bank.
  12. Monitor credit control and follow up to recover debts/slow payments.
  13. Provide excellent after sales service and regular follow up to maintain healthy work relationship with key accounts.

Managing Expectations:

  1. Provide weekly sales reporting and potential pipelines to superior.
  2. Forecast and track key account metrics.
  3. Identify and growth opportunities with the territory and collaborate with the entire sales team to ensure growth attainment within the assigned regions.
  4. Assist with high severity request or issue escalations as needed.
  5. Operate as the head or secondary point of contract for any and all matters specific to customers within the territory.
  6. Research and cultivate new business opportunities – direct clients, advertising agencies, or within a selected industry.
  7. Regularly update product and services knowledge and keep abreast of the market trends and competitor's product.
  8. Proactively provide marketing ideas, programs, and strategies to grow the business.
  9. Accept all other duties as assigned by the Company or any of its authorized officers.
