Location : Bangna Office, Thailand Reports to : Customer Service and Sales Support Supervisor Workplace Type : Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day work-from-home)

Position Summary

The Customer Service and Sales Support Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end customer order processing, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely deliveries, and supporting customer satisfaction through responsive communication and data integrity. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational efficiency, supporting compliance, and contributing to cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process and manage customer sales orders using SAP, ensuring timely confirmation and updates.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, Production, and Quality teams to meet OTIF (On Time In Full) and forecast accuracy targets.

  • Maintain up-to-date customer master data, pricing information, and order details; ensure prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries.

  • Support Finance with account receivables, payables, taxation, and compliance-related matters.

  • Participate in CRM activities, including sustainability initiatives aimed at enhancing customer engagement.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement (CI) projects to improve service delivery and operational excellence.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service or logistics

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP system experience is essential

  • Fluent in Thai and English, both written and verbal

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience using Power BI for analysis and reporting

  • Proficiency in an additional language (e.g., Japanese, Korean, Mandarin)
