We are now looking for a Customer Support to our Customer Experience team in Stockholm. Here you will have a central role in ensuring a smooth and professional experience for our customers and collaborate closely with several parts of the organization.

About the role

As a Customer Support, you work in the heart of our operations. You have daily contact with customers and internal teams and contribute to making our order flows, deliveries, and customer dialogues work smoothly.

You will work closely with colleagues in sales, purchasing, warehouse, bid management, and product management, which gives you a broad understanding of the business.

The Customer Experience department consists of 13 committed and collaborative colleagues and this role is part of a team of 5 colleagues who provide service to our small and medium-sized customers.

The role is dynamic and varied – perfect for you who likes pace, problem-solving, and working with people.

Your main duties

In the role, you will, among other things:

  • Act as the company's representative and ensure a professional and service-oriented customer dialogue
  • Have ongoing customer contact via email, phone, and Teams
  • Answer questions about products, deliveries, and order status
  • Handle order administration and order updates, including handling of special prices
  • Follow up on orders and deliveries together with internal functions
  • Handle invoicing and credit-related documentation
  • Work with allocation and distribution of products

Who we are looking for

We are looking for you who likes to work in a service-oriented role where you have many contact points and where no day is the same as the other.

You are structured, solution-oriented, and thrive in a high-paced environment where you can take responsibility for your cases from start to finish.

We would like to see that you have:

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Experience in administrative work or customer service
  • Good system habits and experience with Microsoft Office 365
  • Experience of working in CRM systems and case management systems
  • Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written
