About the role
As a Customer Support, you work in the heart of our operations. You have daily contact with customers and internal teams and contribute to making our order flows, deliveries, and customer dialogues work smoothly.
You will work closely with colleagues in sales, purchasing, warehouse, bid management, and product management, which gives you a broad understanding of the business.
The Customer Experience department consists of 13 committed and collaborative colleagues and this role is part of a team of 5 colleagues who provide service to our small and medium-sized customers.
The role is dynamic and varied – perfect for you who likes pace, problem-solving, and working with people.
