Purpose of Role/Summary
The Spanish Senior Account Manager is responsible for closing potential leads provided by phone as well as master INGOT Brokers products, services and develop sales skills and market knowledge. Additional responsibilities are to follow-up with the clients after closing, enhancing their experience, and increasing their lifetime, deposits, and volume. The Client Services Specialist is also responsible to ensure every client is being closely followed up with and is satisfied with our services while making sure all issues are solved in a timely manner.
Main Activities and Responsibilities
- Close potential leads by using advanced phone sales techniques to profile and sell the lead effectively
- Retain and follow up with clients to make sure that they are satisfied
- Inform and educate all clients of new promotions, services and features that can help a longer lifetime with INGOT
- Learn account types, offers, services, instruments, and instrument specifications as well as develop market knowledge and sales and to have full education of technical and fundamental analysis for the markets
- Conduct 4 webinars annually to help the department generate leads and to maintain knowledge
- Support the team in resolving complex cases, contributing to campaign brainstorming, and offering ideas
- Ensure timely follow-up on client tickets and oversee their resolution, follow up with customer services to ensure the maximum satisfaction for the client
- Stay updated on all aspects of automation, provide sales processes, and stay up to date with all the latest updates and techniques that will help make the sales process smoother for your department
- Any other duties relevant to the role
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Economics or Business Administration
- + 2 years of experience in similar forex/CFD industry is preferred OR + 4 years’ experience in tele sales or sales roles
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is a must.
- Previous experience in sales, especially over the phone.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to close deals, handle client follow-ups, and build long-term relationships.
- Comfortable explaining products and services clearly to clients.
- Basic understanding of financial markets is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and stay updated on new tools, promotions, and market trends.
- Confident in presenting and delivering online webinars occasionally.
- Able to work as part of a team and contribute ideas.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Working Hours are 09:00 - 18:00 Sunday to Thursday as per the departmental flextime arrangement.
- The role is in Amman, Jordan.
