The Senior Account Manager is responsible for closing potential leads provided by phone as well as master INGOT Brokers products, services and develop sales skills and market knowledge. Additional responsibilities are to follow-up with the clients after closing, enhancing their experience, and increasing their lifetime, deposits, and volume. The Client Services Specialist is also responsible to ensure every client is being closely followed up with and is satisfied with our services while making sure all issues are solved in a timely manner.
