Purpose of Role/Summary: The account manager is responsible for closing potential leads via phone, ensuring clients receive exceptional service, and maintaining long-term relationships to maximize deposits, trading volume, and client satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced financial environment.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
- Educate clients about INGOT Brokers' account types, services, offers, and financial instruments
- Maintain strong follow-up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and encourage additional deposits and trading activity
- Close qualified leads through outbound phone calls using effective sales techniques
- Promote new features, new promotions, and updates to existing clients to boost retention and loyalty
- Track and meet individual KPIs and performance goals
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and client experience
- Perform other duties relevant to the scope of the role, as assigned
- Any other duties relevant to the role
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1+ year of experience in the financial industry OR
- 2+ years of experience in telesales or a sales-related role.
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and deal-closing ability
- Client-focused approach with high problem-solving capabilities
- Familiarity with trading platforms, account types, instruments, spreads, etc will be an advantage
- Comfortable with email, Excel, and using online platforms for communication and reporting
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Creative thinking and a positive attitude
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- High energy and resilience under pressure
- Professionalism and accountability
- Team player with a collaborative attitude

- Working hours are 09:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday
