We're seeking a dynamic Security Account Manager to drive growth across our digital, data, and subscription business with security clients throughout EMEA. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse territory of commercial and enterprise accounts while focusing on new customer acquisition, client retention, relationship building, and revenue expansion.
What You'll Do
Territory Development & Sales Execution
- Execute strategic outbound sales initiatives within your assigned EMEA territory
- Generate qualified leads and secure high-value sales appointments
- Engage with senior-level sales and marketing decision makers across target accounts
- Deliver compelling presentations of Informa TechTarget's Security value proposition aligned to prospect objectives
Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture relationships with existing clients in your territory
- Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities within current client base
- Conduct regular client reviews and strategic planning sessions to ensure satisfaction and alignment
- Develop and implement comprehensive account growth strategies
- Manage renewal processes to maximize client retention
Performance & Reporting
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for assigned territory
- Provide accurate revenue forecasting and progress updates to management
- Maintain detailed account records and sales pipeline management
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in technology or security sectors
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with C-level executives and senior decision makers
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort and confidence conducting face-to-face client meetings across EMEA
- Collaborative mindset with ability to thrive in client-focused environments
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial drive
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms
