Tier 1 Support Technician

Work hours: 7 – 4pm

Job duties:

  • Software and hardware fixes
  • Replacing monitors and printer fixes on DHCP and getting IP address
  • Printed off the network and replacing printers
  • Responsible for daily phone support
  • Hardware deployments supporting rollouts and refresh projects
  • Work with new hires to help onboard with IT equipment
  • Work from the ServiceNow ticketing system to respond to requests
  • Support walk-up users
  • Respond to MS Teams messages
  • Meet and support users in the plant as needed

Technologies / experience: W10 moving to W11, imaging, Active Directory, DHCP, MS exchange, Azure, SW and HW troubleshooting, Customer service

Skills: Technical support, Customer service, Windows

Additional skills & qualifications: Excellent customer service and communication skills. Problem solver. Great team player and attitude.

Pay and benefits: The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
