Works closely with customers and discusses our discounts. Resolves issues about any of our discounts or programs. Reaches out to customers and sets appointments. Cross-sells to our customers with regards to the Multi-Line discount. Handles incoming calls and answers any questions. Collects payments and makes policy changes. Sets up bill accounts and works on other simple billing requests. Submits claims paperwork that is requested by the claim's representatives. Provides proof of insurance documents that are requested by clients. May assist with INFB Health Plans. Any additional duties assigned by management.
