MDU Sales Executive

Are you a self-motivated sales professional with a passion for driving results? We are seeking a highly motivated MDU Sales Executive to join our client's team and spearhead the adoption of super-fast fiber services in the multi-dwelling market segment. This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual who thrives on building relationships, negotiating agreements, and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively identify and pursue new Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) opportunities within the assigned region.
  • Negotiate ROE agreements with property owners and entities to facilitate the installation of telecommunications infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with clients, offering outstanding service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing innovative strategies and maintaining high energy and focus.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the market.
  • Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings to best position fiber services.
  • Accurately report sales forecasts, performance metrics, and key achievements.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads and increase brand presence.
  • Continuously enhance your knowledge of fiber services, technology advancements, and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in quota-driven sales roles, preferably within telecommunications, real estate, or related industries.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a track record of successfully closing complex agreements.
  • Comfort with cold-calling and a proactive approach to business development.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • A self-starter with an energetic, results-driven attitude.
  • Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Familiarity with MDU markets, sales metrics, and consultative sales strategies is highly desirable.
