Overview: The IT Support Technician serves as the primary onsite point of contact for end-user technology support, delivering hands-on assistance across hardware, operating systems, and enterprise applications. This role focuses on improving productivity and digital user experience through proactive issue identification, troubleshooting, onboarding support, and adherence to security standards.
