Mitarbeiter:In Customer Service (W/M/D)

IMCD South East Europe GmbH as a subsidiary of the IMCD Group serves a wide range of market sectors in the field of specialty chemicals and offers its customers and clients in 16 countries a significant added value. With headquarters in Vienna, Austria, our team of experienced technical sales experts is responsible for our customers throughout Southeast Europe. With approximately 150 employees, we also operate two state-of-the-art application laboratories in Austria for the areas of Coatings & Construction and Food & Nutrition. To strengthen our team in Vienna, we are looking for an engaged "Customer Service Employee (W/M/D)" in full-time to join as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

• Independent execution of order and transport processing from order entry to the tracking of goods delivery including invoicing
• Independent handling of customer inquiries with involvement of the sales team. Support of existing customers and building long-term customer relationships
• Interface between sales, suppliers, and customers
• Support of the outside service and creation of price offers. Competent correspondence with customers and suppliers; sending and following up on information and contract documents
• Recording of all necessary data and activities in the ERP system (JD Edwards) as well as in our CRM system (Salesforce)
• Ordering / warehouse optimization
• Reclamation processing
• Debt collection

What you bring with you:

• Completed commercial training
• Several years of experience in a similar field of activity (office management, freight forwarding)
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Stress resistance and enjoyment in dealing with customers
• Very good Bulgarian, English, and German language skills
• Independent, conscientious, and structured working method
• Solid PC skills, JD Edwards and Salesforce knowledge is an advantage
