We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Westchester, Illinois. As part of this contract to permanent opportunity, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers and ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities:

• Direct incoming tasks and inquiries to the appropriate department for efficient processing.
• Identify and merge duplicate profiles within the system to maintain data accuracy.
• Address customer questions and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional assistance to callers.
• Handle data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
• Respond to email correspondence, maintaining clear and focused communication.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed.
• Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel and Word to complete daily tasks.
• Support order entry processes to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.

The salary range for this position is $18/hr to $18/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance. Hired contract/temporary professionals are also eligible to enroll in our company 401(k) plan.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Proven aptitude for delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to type at least 35 words per minute is mandatory.
• Familiarity with and Five9 systems is a plus but not essential.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
• All candidates are required to complete a 7-year verification process and substance use assessment.
