  • Utilize tools like Microsoft Excel and Word to manage data entry and correspondence effectively.
  • Requirements:

    • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or order management environment.
    • Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
    • Strong skills in data entry and email correspondence.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for tracking and managing customer data.
    • Ability to schedule appointments and manage order entry efficiently.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and teams.
