As a Client Account Manager, you will play a critical role in managing key healthcare client relationships, ensuring seamless service delivery, and driving business growth. You will work closely with senior leadership, consulting teams, and business development professionals to coordinate client engagements, track project progress, and support strategic initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to operate at both strategic and operational levels, with a focus on Medicaid, managed care, and healthcare consulting. You will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, ensuring their needs are met while identifying new opportunities for collaboration. You will report to a senior leader in the healthcare practice and will work cross-functionally with business development, consulting, and operations teams.

In addition to this base salary, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. This range is a part of a competitive, total compensation package together with our Employee Stock Ownership Plan, majority employer-paid benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles.
