Responsibilities:

• Answering all incoming calls
• Scheduling service calls
• Answer website scheduling requests
• Track Advertising Sources
• Customer follow-up calls
• Various marketing efforts

Qualifications:

• At minimum 2-year CSR (or similar) experience is preferred
• Able to participate in mandatory after-hour rotation
