Reusable Packaging Containers (Rpcs) Manager

We are the world market leader for reusable packaging containers (RPCs) for fresh food and are constantly optimizing our products.

We help make the food supply cycle for the population more sustainable. With our RPCs, safety for food transport is improved, there is less waste of food and at the same time the lifespan of the products increases. Through our products and the need for less packaging materials we reduce the carbon footprint.

Your Tasks:

  • Customer Support – Support producers, agencies, and retail customers with all operational inquiries.
  • Order & Returns Management – Record and process customer orders and returns in SAP, including invoicing.
  • Master Data Maintenance – Maintain and update relevant master data in the SAP system.
  • Deposit & Return Processing – Perform deposit processing and plausibility checks of pick slips and bookings.
  • Claims Management – Handle customer complaints and coordinate with retail partners.
  • MyIFCO First-Level Support – Assist with application questions and conduct customer training on IFCO processes.
  • Monitoring & Reporting – Oversee bookings and inventories in MyIFCO and generate regular reports from SAP, MyIFCO, and BI.
  • Sales Support – Work closely with the sales team on operational and customer-specific issues.

You Bring:

  • Commercial Education – Completed commercial vocational training and several years of experience in customer service.
  • Tool Expertise – Strong Excel skills and SAP experience (SD & MM).
  • Customer Orientation – High service orientation, quick comprehension, and the ability to understand customer needs precisely.
  • Communication – Friendly, motivated, and communicative with a talent for presenting information clearly.
  • Problem-Solving Skills – Excellent analytical thinking and proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Teamwork – Strong team skills and willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Self-Organization – Structured work style with the ability to prioritize and efficiently handle tasks.
  • Language Skills – Proficient in German and English; Dutch or French is a plus.
