We are the world market leader for reusable packaging containers (RPCs) for fresh food and are constantly optimizing our products.

We help make the food supply cycle for the population more sustainable. With our RPCs, safety for food transport is improved, there is less waste of food and at the same time the lifespan of the products increases. Your Responsibilities:

  • Customer support for producers and trade customers for all operational inquiries.
  • Capture and process customer orders in SAP, including invoicing.
  • Processing customer returns.
  • Maintenance of various master data.
  • Retourenabwicklung.
  • Plausible verification of pick-up slips and bookings in SAP.
  • Deposit processing.
  • Processing customer complaints.
  • First-level support for MyIFCO.
  • Training of customers on IFCO processes and applications.
  • Monitoring of customer bookings and inventories in MyIFCO.
  • Creation of reports.
  • Support of the sales team.

You Bring:

  • Several years of professional experience in customer service.
  • Fluent German and English; Dutch or French is an advantage.
  • Ability to present information clearly and respond professionally to customer inquiries and needs.
  • Competence in building and maintaining strong business relationships with customers.
  • Customer orientation and a solution-oriented "can-do" attitude.
  • Quick understanding of customer requirements and ability to correctly interpret underlying needs.
  • Friendly, communicative, and motivated demeanor.
  • Very good problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Team capability and willingness to collaborate in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
