Position Overview

The Sr. Help Desk Support Technician or Sr. IT Warehouse Support Technician maintains and supports computer systems and networks aiming for the highest functionality. They must have knowledge of warehouse process, computer software, hardware, RF equipment, and a variety of internet applications. The ideal candidate will have great troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail. The goal is to build and maintain efficient operational performance within the warehouse to optimize the role of technology on business sustainability in a 3PL packaging and fulfillment warehouse.

Work Location: Allentown, PA

Work Schedule: Day Shift

Work Travel: up to 25%
