We're seeking a Customer Service Representative (GUI) to support daily customer interactions and order-related activities in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role partners closely with customers, the on-site management team, and warehouse personnel to ensure efficient handling of inquiries, orders, shipments, and billing.
Carries out all customer service activities such as responding to inquiries, processing orders and handling complaints, in a prompt, courteous and effective manner. This position works closely with customers and on-site KANE management to handle various product inquiries, special requests, or discrepancies, shipping and receiving as well as billing and invoicing. The position requires positive interpersonal skills including effective verbal and written communication skills.
Thursday-Sunday:
Thursday and Friday – 3pm to 11pm
Saturday and Sunday – 7am to 7pm
$20.00 plus $2.00 Shift Differential
