The Help Desk Associate plays a key role within the Central Operations Team by monitoring order flow, supporting client requests, resolving operational issues, and ensuring timely and accurate order processing. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing schedules.
