The Service Desk Analyst serves as the first point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance over the phone or via email. This role will perform remote or onsite troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions. The ideal candidate will determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers. The goal of this role is to create value for clients that will help preserve the company's reputation and business.

The base salary range for this role is $60,000 to $85,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
