With your extensive product knowledge and understanding of industry trends, you will communicate directly with customers and prospects, understand their individual needs, and recommend products or services that maximize value. You are expected to assist in developing sales strategies and meeting sales quotas. As an account manager, you are expected to act proactively to address customers' needs and facilitate the sale process from beginning to end. As part of your job is to handle key strategic customers of the company, you are expected to be highly organized, passionate about customer relations, and focused on enhancing the customer experience.
