Summary of Position: An Account Manager plays a crucial role in forming and maintaining connections with business clients. Here are the key duties and qualifications for this role. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Building Relationships: Relationship Managers build and improve relationships with clients, key suppliers, and partners. They provide personalized advice, build rapport, and respond promptly to client inquiries.
- Client Satisfaction: They review company practices to ensure clients receive maximum satisfaction from their purchases.
- Opportunity Identification: Relationship Managers identify potential opportunities and inform the sales team to follow up.
- Product Education: Educating clients about the company's products, services, and special offers is an essential part of their role.
- Issue Resolution: They attend to client complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Improving Satisfaction: Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and recommending ways to enhance client satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Working with internal departments to ensure the company meets clients' expectations.
- CRM System Oversight: Overseeing input and quality of information entered into the Salesforce customer relationship management system
Minimum Qualifications (Education and Experience):
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are crucial for building relationships and addressing client inquiries.
- Problem-Solving: Relationship Managers need to be adept at resolving client issues effectively.
- Collaboration: Working closely with sales and marketing teams to boost profitability and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications (Education and Experience):
- At least three years work experience in a role that requires sales, business development, product support or relationship management skills.
