Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage budgets, and ensure events are delivered within budget.
• Research and negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing and services.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials and sales presentations.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for business growth.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in event planning, sales, or a related role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
