Swipe Say Easy We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Customer Service Agent to join our team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. As a vital part of our organization, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, and troubleshooting issues.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate assistance.
• Document customer interactions and feedback in our customer relationship management system.
• Resolve customer complaints by identifying the issue and offering appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer experiences.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.
• Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to team goals.
