Key Responsibilities

• Assist attendees with event registration and check-in processes.
• Provide information about event schedules, locations, and activities.
• Address any guest inquiries, concerns, or feedback in a timely manner.
• Support logistical setup and breakdown for events to ensure smooth operations.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to provide exceptional service.
• Maintain a clean and organized event space throughout the duration of the event.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
• Proficiency in using computers and handling basic office software.
