As an Entry Level Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries and ensuring a positive experience with our brand. Job: On site Location: Riverside, CA Pay Range: $750- $1100 per week

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs or inquiries.

- Assist customers with product information, inquiries, and complaints via phone, email, or in-person.

- Process orders, forms, and applications accurately and efficiently.

- Maintain customer records and update information as necessary.

- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service delivery and team performance.

- Handle difficult customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.

- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.

- Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.

- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
