In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to enhance their experience with our company. As a customer-focused professional, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
• Assist customers with placing orders and troubleshooting issues.
• Document interactions and resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction and resolution.
• Collaborate with team members to provide seamless customer support.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
