Position Overview: Communiboost We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Assistant to join our team and provide exceptional service to our customers. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them via various communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat. Your primary focus will be to resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate information about our products and services. Salary Range: $21.50 - $30.00 per hour Location: Akron, OH

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with product selection, pricing information, and order status.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
• Document customer interactions and feedback in our support system.
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns effectively.
• Provide product knowledge and support to enhance the customer experience.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service or support roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with support software and tools is preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with others.
