Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer issues effectively while providing exceptional service and support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department as necessary.
- Provide product and service information to customers accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
