Communiboost We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team immediately. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support to enhance their experience with our company. Salary Range: $17.50 - $27.00 hourly Location: Houston, TX

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately.

• Provide product and service information to customers to assist them in making informed decisions.

• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner, utilizing problem-solving skills.

• Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in our customer service management system.

• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and their needs are met effectively.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and sales, to provide comprehensive customer support.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.

• Proven experience in customer service or related field is a plus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.

• Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
