Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide detailed information about products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting details of inquiries and responses.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate effective resolutions to customer problems and maintain service quality.
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring follow-up for a satisfactory resolution.
  • Monitor and track customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and databases.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
