Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our brand. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Job: On site Location: Dallas, TX Pay Range: $750- $1100 per week.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner. Assist customers in resolving issues and complaints effectively and efficiently. Provide information about products and services, including pricing and availability. Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a related field is a plus. Proven experience in customer service or a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
