Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to listen actively and respond appropriately to customer needs.
• Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
