We are urgently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive unparalleled support and assistance. Your primary goal will be to enhance customer satisfaction by providing solutions, answer inquiries, and address concerns in a timely and professional manner. Location: Tampa, FL Pay Range: $750- $1100 per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively through multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Provide timely updates to customers on the status of their inquiries and claims.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service or related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric focus.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer service platforms is advantageous.
