Key responsibilities include:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer complaints by identifying the issue, offering solutions, and following through to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in our CRM system.
• Provide product information, advice, and troubleshooting assistance to enhance customer understanding and use.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service delivery and customer experience.

Skills, knowledge, and expertise required:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Proficiency in using customer service software, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and manage time effectively in a busy setting.
